Zebrium can take a PagerDuty incident generated by another tool, and augment it with details of root cause (see here). It can also create PagerDuty incidents for the long tail tail of unknown issues that other tools miss. Installation of integration is automated in the Zebrium UI.
Zebrium uses Slack for alerting when incidents occur. There is also a Zebrium Slack app (automated install in the Zebrium UI) that allows you to request incident and root cause details within any Slack channel. This is useful when Slack is used as the communication mechanism during incident response.
Zebrium's Fluentd log collectors can be found here. To install simply cut and paste the commands in the Setup or Log/Metrics Collector page in the Zebrium UI (the commands will automatically include your site specific token and configuration).
